Hey Breakers!

Just a reminder that if you are going to be out of town or have a swimmer miss a meet please notify the correct person so we can plan appropriately **Please do not just reply to this email**  It make so much more work for our coordinators, coaches and team volunteers when our Breaker families neglect to do so.

If your swimmer cannot attend a meet, please email Coach Justin at [email protected] by the Tuesday before the meet.  Coach Justin has to have all the meet entries set and uploaded with the other team by Wednesday and needs time to put everything together.  If we don't know that your swimmer will be out, they could be put on relays and if they don't show up for the meet then other children are disappointed when they can't swim their relays.  If you have a last minute emergency or sick swimmer, please email Coach Justin asap.

Also, if you are out of town and are not volunteering at a meet please email our volunteer coordinator, Christine Potowski at [email protected] or you will be assigned to a position that needs to be filled for the meet.

We appreciate all our awesome parent volunteers and are excited to cheer on all our swimmers at our home meet this Saturday!
