Away Meet vs Cypresswood Sharks this Saturday, May 16

Please arrive at the swim meet no later than 7:15 AM.  Cypresswood is located at 3705 Cypresswood Dr. (East Pool on Cypresswood Dr once you enter from Kuykendaul and drive east). You must be there on time to check in your swimmer as well as yourself as a volunteer.  Please bring all the necessary items that you would bring to a home meet such as towels, sunscreen, chairs, tents, drinks and snacks. Cypresswood does have a concession stand but it is always encouraged that parents bring their children healthy snacks and drinks for the meets. 

Please follow these parking & set-up instructions given by Cypresswood:

• Parking: All parking will be clearly marked and available either in the immediate parking lot or the adjacent area east of the parking lot (grass pipeline).
• Set-Up:  Greenwood will set up in the new area directly to the west of the pool inside the pool gate.  It will be clearly marked and there will be a drop off location. There will be no set up in the area outside of the pool any longer due to safety concerns of the subdivision board.
• Concessions: Cypresswood will provide breakfast and lunch (Chick Fil A, pizza, nachos, hotdogs) along with heat sheets sold at concessions. Concessions are located in the pavilion.

Please be courteous and follow the parking and set-up instructions. We look forward to having a good meet on Saturday.  Everyone should bring their winning attitude!
