Breakers Take 3rd Place at Ponderosa!

Coach Jason and Coach Craig are so proud of our Breaker’s team!  We took 3rd place at Ponderosa – the invitational swim meet for the fastest of the fast!  Check out this video from Coach Jason: http://animoto.com/play/DKioDSOvnQeBQtBJNWRFSQ.  Some highlights of Ponderosa include:

• Nathan Abrego took 1st in 11-12 back and 4th in 11-12 IM
• Alejandro Michelena took 2nd in 8U fly and 4th in 7-8 back
• Rowan Stepanik took 4th in 6U free
• Hannah Maier took 8th in the 15-18 50 Breast stroke
• Brandon B, Max, Nathan, Gareth and Alejandro took 3rd in the Progressive relay
• Serenity, Rebekah, Olivia, and Marie took 6th in the 7-8 100 free relay
• Mikel, Brandon G, Sean, and Nathan took 5th in the 11-12 200 free relay
• 7 athletes made the finals in 16 events individually
• 11 relays scored as well
• Special Thanks to everyone for driving back and forth to make this possible.
