Amazing First Meet for 2014

The Greenwood Forest Breakers got their first win of 2014 at home vs. the Cypresswood Sharks! The final score was GWF 345 vs. CYPR 291. Maybe even more exciting were the records broken! First Nathan Abrego broke the Pool Record set in 1988 for 11-12 50M Breast Stroke with a 34.75. Then the 15-18 Boys (Brandon, Christian, Samuel and David) broke the Free Relay team record established in 2011 and the pool record established in 1997. But that’s not all! We had an 83% improvement rate by our team and 6 swimmers qualified for Ponderosa too. Thanks to our incredible coaches Jason Mauss and Craig Sikkema! They couldn’t have done it without you!
